'Act your shoe size, not your age........'

Hi world!

Well last night was a bit spontaneous. The original plan was to hit the pictures to see a film but the film we wanted to see wasn't out yet. SO instead of spending such a sunny night in the house we decided we'd head  to South Shields beach (yes, again!) and get chips for tea.

The first thing we did was go on the waltzers, ohhh yes you read that right! The childish side of us both came out, although I'm not sure it's ever 'in' to be hones't and we collected our tokens and went for a spin.

I think I'm getting old because, OH BOY DID I FEEL SICK! We ended up being the only people on the waltzers which we found rather amusing. Two 20 odd year olds on the rides and no kids in sight, life's too short to act your age all of the time.

Next up, chips.Then devastation...............All of the ice cream stands were CLOSED!!!!

We literally ran around the place searching for ice cream, I kid you not! We did actually find somewhere to get some, thank the lord for miniature golf - Life saver and enjoyed a sprinkle covered cone (sugar cone, vanilla ice cream and rainbow sprinkles - I know you all wanted to know) as we took a stroll along the beach and then headed along the pier.

I have to say, as far as Tuesday nights go this one was was pretty darn fun!
